Return & Refund Policy
At Feuas, we are committed to offering high-quality products. However, due to the exclusive and customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited.

1. Eligible Products for Return
Only unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customized or limited edition products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Return Conditions
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@feuas.com with your order number and reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of confirmed product defects.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected, and only if the product meets the return conditions. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days.

4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with evidence (photos, description of the issue). If the defect is confirmed, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

5. No Refunds for Customized Products
Due to the unique nature of our customized products, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
