Terms of sale
These terms and conditions (CGV) apply to all sales made through the Feuas website. By placing an order, you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purpose
These CGV define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by Feuas via its website [www.feuas.com].

Prices
All prices are indicated in euros and include applicable VAT. Feuas reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

Order
All orders placed on the website are final and binding. Feuas reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or for any other legitimate reason. Once the order is confirmed, no modifications can be made without Feuas' written consent.

Payment
Payment is required immediately upon ordering. Payments can be made by credit card or any other secure payment method offered on the site. In the event of non-payment, Feuas reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

Delivery
Delivery times are provided as an estimate and do not constitute a binding obligation for Feuas. No refunds or compensation will be granted for late delivery. Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. However, customized or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty
Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. Feuas disclaims all liability for improper use of the product.

Intellectual Property
All elements of Feuas' website (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without Feuas' written consent.

Liability
Feuas cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products on its site, including, but not limited to, loss of profit or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the products.

Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these CGV will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.

Personal Data
Personal data collected during the order is used solely to process the order. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Changes to the CGV
Feuas reserves the right to modify these CGV at any time. The changes will apply as soon as they are published on the website.
